We had three days of work performed by Chris and Matt this past week in Ontario. The work consisted of some challenging runs of both Ethernet and fiber cabling throughout a large arena environment, and installation of high-end cameras and rack mounted switches. We had a great experience with Empire Technologies. Dean Estrada was very communicative and scheduled an on-site inspection right away. After going over what we wanted, he provided a list of services and what would get completed. After signing the proposal, we were able to schedule for services within two days. His team did an excellent job removing wires and relocating service boxes. They completely transformed our server room, which looks very presentable now. Particularly, Richard Mendoza went above and beyond since the moment he arrived. He volunteered to assist with moving sofas in our office and continued to offer assistance throughout his time here. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know what to expect. He and another employee had stayed over 12 hours to complete the job, including installing a new access control system for our front door. There were some technical difficulties, so Richard came back first thing in the morning the next business day. He was very informative and ensured everything was properly working--including testing literally every key card I had added into the system--before leaving. His professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness were much appreciated.

Empire Technologies has provided efficient, professional service for two communities I manage. Recently I had a new system installed at a community. Within a few weeks of the system be active we had property damage. The footage from the camera system caught the incident and clearly identified the vehicle that caused it. Even the Sheriff's Department upon being provided the video was impressed at the clarity of the footage and the positioning of the cameras. Without these, we would never know who caused this damage or be able to seek restitution for it. The staff at ET is fantastic. They do not over sell products or services and have provided solutions to meet our needs. I would absolutely recommend the use of ET.

In addition, he resolved an issue I had with my iPhone connection into the Empire Server for our system. This was much appreciated.

They made sure to inform us in plenty of time what they would need in order to complete the install and would review daily with us what was completed and what was on the schedule for the next day. From project start to finish this company was great. We needed a major new access point install in a large busy warehouse. They got it done professionally and cleanly. They started with a slick site survey and heatmap, recommended various AP's for different areas and then ran everything neat and hung them nicely. Even with adding multiple cameras on during the time of the project Empire, still got it done in a timely manner. We switch providers for our VOIP and Internet, they helped us reach our to a broker and helped be our voice when issues arose. On top of all this they even helped us revamp our IT room and installed a custom rack system to house all of our new hardware. We had a few new runs of Cat5 that we needed because we were out growing what we had, and they were even able to help us out with that!!! And after all was said and done, I reached out to them about our alarm system, even though they don't handle alarms, Empire helped us find a contractor that same day. Empire is a team of multiple facets and we are pleased with everything they did for us.

I am going through Accell Education to get my RN. I love this program!!! The cool thing about this program is that they assign you a tutor for each course. My tutors have been awesome! Highly recommend, especially if you are like me and have been out of school for a long time.
