Key Result Area
Seat Function: Lead Service Technician
Report to: Total Care Service Manager
Work Hours: Full time, Typical Hours Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Overtime and after hours required occasionally.
Pay: TBD based on experience/ask HR
Mission: The focus of this position is to ensure Customer satisfaction through on-site Total Care Service.
Roles:
- Complete On site Total Care Services
- Interface with TCS Customer and Communicate with Team Often and Early
- Document Closeout, Notes, Pictures, Time, Checklists in D-Tools
- Determine Root Causes and recommend Long Term Solutions
- Assist In generating sales opportunity
Measurables:
- Gather weekly Sales Opportunities to be greater or equal to 1
- Weekly Issues Resolved on the first trip to be greater or equal to 90%
- Contact one candidate a week to help build the company hiring pipeline
